Look into it - Hair oil

"Rather than choosing an oil for your hair type, you should consider what you need the oil to do for your hair," shares Sophia Emmanuel, a certified trichologist and hairstylist at Crown Worthy in New York City.

Is that you afraid of greasy hair so that it keeps you avoiding to use hair oil? In fact, a little hair oil is necessary to keep hair looking and feeling hydrated  — regardless of your hair texture or type. So, instead of keep avoiding to use it, paying attention to ingredients is the way to help you decide which product you truly need.

1. Coconut Oil / Argan oil : Grow Longer, Thicker, and Healthier

Adding that incorporating coconut oil into your routine creates the optimal environment for hair growth. The vitamins and fatty acids in coconut oil help nourish your scalp and penetrate the cuticle of the hair. A treatment mask about once every week or two weeks for five to 10 minutes will do the trick.

2. Avocado oil : Moisturise, repair, and strengthen

Treating your hair with avocado can moisturise, repair, and strengthen your strands. A 2015 study found that minerals in avocado oil help seal the cuticle, preventing hair from future breakage. Besides, avocados naturally contain biotin, a member of the vitamin B family that plays a major role in the growth of healthier, thicker, and longer hair.

3. Apricot Kernel Oil : For dry scalp

Reduces excess dryness of the scalp and promotes hair growth and strength so as to maintain healthy hair and prevent hair fall. It is a wonderful natural conditioner when applied to the strands of hair.
